Our requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the food industry (sweets/candies/beverages);
Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts;
Advanced English knowledge;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Excellent leadership and team management abilities;

Your responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery;
Identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiate favorable terms, and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining product quality standards;
Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure departmental goals are met;
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and supplier dynamics to make informed decisions;
Conducting regular audits and implementing improvements as needed;
