Wymagania
Demonstrated leadership of S&OP or equivalent cross-functional planning forums;
5-8 years in demand planning / supply-chain planning roles, ideally in an FMCG/consumer-goods environment;
Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and frameworks;
Exposure to commercial functions and understanding of commercial priorities;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented while seeing the “big picture”;
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making ability;
Advanced Excel (incl. Power Query).
Digital savvy and data driven decision maker
Continuous-improvement mindset
Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience in process optimization.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Obowiązki
Responsibilities:
Lead S&OP/IBP Process in the Company, ensuring timely decision-making and balancing risk & opportunities to protect business and inventory targets;
Close collaboration with Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Operations teams to gather input and align on demand and sales assumptions;
Challenge commercial inputs constructively, monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for variances and communicate gaps to key stakeholders on the Monthly S&OP forum;
Ensure optimal product availability & stock levels: monitor and mitigate shortages and supply risks; design and execute corrective actions;
Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and inventory targets;
Generate and manage purchase orders in alignment with supply plans;
Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for management review;
Create and update internal tools for simplification and optimalization daily work.
