We are currently looking for an IT Administrator to join our Office Administration Team, who will be responsible for all things related to hardware and software used by our employees. If you like solving problems, taking initiative and are not afraid of new technology - keep reading, we would love to meet you!

Requirements

• You have a good command of Polish and English
• You are tech-savvy and you like digging into IT topics
• You have knowledge of iT software/hardware and setting up a printer doesn't seem like much of a challenge
• You have experience in system and infrastructure administration, problem-solving and IT support within Apple environment, but Microsoft is not your enemy (neither it is ours) :)
• You have good project management and task prioritizing skills - you like stuff well organized
• You are a doer with a can-do attitude
• You like implementing new ideas and solutions that impact daily job and solve problems

Responsibilities

• Managing software on our laptops/computers (Installation, configuration, Mobile Device Management implementation and maintenance)
• Implementing and monitoring of our security policies (Passwords, Two-factor Authentication, Encryption)
• Looking after our IT Security (Anti-virus software, Firewall, VPN, rotating passwords)
• Managing accurate hardware and software inventory, ordering new devices and replacing faulty ones
• Cooperation with external repair service providers
• Onboarding setup for new-comers - preparing hardware, granting accesses to systems and apps required
• Maintaining accounts, licenses, permissions and subscriptions for paid software packages
• Logging, tracking and managing all incidents, problems, and support requests from employees
• Looking after our office’s IT-admin infrastructure (WiFi, printers, etc.)Remote IT assistance and advisory to our employees
• Monthly summary of IT operations (progress, incidents, what’s needed)
