Treasury Specialist

Place of work: Warsaw, 5 Giełdowa Street, LIXA D building,
 on-site work.

The newly established Treasury Department is emerging as a strategic and forward-thinking function within the organization. Going beyond traditional cash management, it will play a key role in shaping liquidity strategy, optimizing financial risk management, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. The team will focus on building robust processes, enhancing transparency, and implementing scalable solutions that support sustainable growth. Ready to help build a function from the ground up and make a real impact? Requirements


  • Higher education degree (Finance, Economics, or related field) or currently pursuing studies,
  • Fluent English (mandatory),
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel,
  • Analytical thinking skills and ability to work with data,
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and good work organization skills.

Responsibilities


  • Handling and posting daily bank operations and payments within the Group,
  • Monitoring balances and supporting liquidity management (cash management),
  • Recording and controlling financial transactions (Back Office),
  • Participation in financing Group companies (cash pooling, intercompany loans, interest settlements),
  • Cooperation with banks and settlement of financial costs and fees,
  • Preparing treasury reports and liquidity planning analyses.
