Your daily responsibilities... will evolve along with the role and the path you choose. However, you can expect:
End-to-End product management (strategy, implementation, maintenance) and building new platforms and business models.
Shaping the product's market position.
Ongoing financial and product analytics (monitoring KPIs, analyzing profitability) and implementing optimization initiatives.
Designing and developing new functionalities and ensuring full system synergy with the product ecosystem.
Managing integration processes and strategic cooperation with external partners and vendors.
Executing marketing strategies, including loyalty and affiliate programs, focused on rapid monetization.
Ensuring operational stability, high security standards, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinating processes with key internal departments and strategic reporting to the Management Board.

By joining the team, you can expect to spend the first three months getting to know each other with the team during a probation period - solidify your knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, support the team with your skills, define what you can realistically deliver, and see if you like it! If both sides are satisfied with the collaboration and it turns out you feel as comfortable in the project as a Kangaroo in Australia, we will establish further terms of cooperation.
For a start, we offer employment on a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) up to 14,100 PLN gross or up to 17,000 PLN net on a B2B contract (depending on experience and domain knowledge), and after the probation period, we will decide on the terms of further cooperation (UZ/UoP/B2B) based on a joint analysis of tasks, development direction, and acquired skills.
