Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in designing User Experience (UX) for digital products.
UX Focus: Very strong competencies in the UX domain. The ability to draw user interfaces (UI) is a nice-to-have, but not a core requirement.
English and Polish Proficiency: Working proficiency in both Polish and English is essential, including the ability to run workshops, give presentations, and manage design documentation in English.
Communication & Soft Skills: Highly-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuasively present design rationale, build team rapport, and provide/receive constructive feedback with high professional integrity.
Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in the world of design, staying up-to-date with the latest design patterns and trends in mobile applications, and actively pursuing self-education.
Design Systems: Strong knowledge of and ability to work with Design Systems.
Tools: Fluent knowledge of design and project management tools, including: Figma (primary tool), Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
Aesthetics: A well-developed sense of aesthetic.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with designing for E-Ink screens.
The person in this role will be responsible for applying a strong focus on the UX architecture and flow of our products.
Driving the Design Process: From the initial discovery phase through the design hand-off to to the phase of maintenance and product optimisation.
User-Centric Discovery: Actively gathering user insights through interviews, data analysis, or desk research.
Bridging Perspectives: Expertly marrying business goals with user needs while carefully considering technical limitations.
Workshops and Initiative: Proactively proposing and conducting UX/product workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to elicit and refine requirements.
Requirement Definition: Taking initiative to define and extract the necessary project requirements to create useful, practical solutions.
Critical Analysis: Having the ability and desire to discuss, challenge, and question existing requirements and proposed solutions to deliver the most effective and useful product.
Prototyping and Documentation: Creating key UX artifacts: high-level prototypes, wireframes, user maps, user flows, and visualizing information architecture.
Validation & Usability Testing: planning and conducting usability tests to validate hypotheses and prototypes.
UX Quality Assurance: Possessing a nit-picky eye for detail to identify missing user paths, logical errors, gaps in requirements, and design inconsistencies (edge-cases).
Collaboration: Close cooperation with the design team, business analysts, PM’s, QA and development teams.
Engagement: Taking ownership and initiative, and actively engaging in meetings and discussions.
Full-time employment – UoP (employment contract) or B2B contract.
Flexible work model: Fully remote option available, with office access in Warsaw, near Metro Racławicka. Preferably Warsaw-based.
