Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP, LLMs, and deep learning.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as OpenAI, LangGraph, LangChain, Langfuse, LangSmith, LLM Guard, or similar frameworks.

• Proficient in Python with experience using ML/DL libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

• Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.

• Solid understanding of the ML model lifecycle – from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment – fast-paced and dynamic.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Prior work on legal tech or domain-specific AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining LLM-based agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and interacting with external tools and APIs.

• Designing, developing, and deploying applications that leverage LLMs, Generative AI, and intelligent agents to solve complex business challenges.

• Taking ownership of the AI layer – conducting experiments, selecting models, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

• Collaborating with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and training datasets.

• Working closely with product and frontend teams to integrate AI functionalities into the product.

• Keeping up with the latest research in LLMs, legal NLP, and generative AI techniques to identify and implement the best solutions.

• Leading internal discussions on model architecture, performance trade-offs, and ethical considerations.

• Providing mentorship and technical support on AI-related topics within the project team.
