Requirements

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML projects with a strong focus on NLP, LLMs, and production-grade development.
• Proven experience building applications using OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers).
• Experience working with vector databases, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Comfortable deploying and maintaining models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills.
• Startup-like mindset: able to move fast, make trade-offs, and ship iteratively.
• Clear communicator and team player who values simplicity and speed over overengineering.

Nice to Have

• Background in legal tech or experience building domain-specific AI tools.
• Familiarity with Langfuse, LLM Guard, and observability tools for LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain LLM-powered features and tools that integrate with real-world APIs, services, and data pipelines.

• Implement and optimize prompting strategies, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuned LLMs to meet business needs.

• Own the development and integration of AI components—ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Work closely with the product and frontend/backend engineering teams to deliver user-facing AI functionalities.

• Debug, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions post-deployment.

• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the right data is available and usable for training or inference.

• Keep up with practical developments in the LLM space (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain ecosystem) and bring them into production quickly.
