About the Role

We are looking for a new team member to join us as an RPA / AI Developer and support our client, Yarado – a Dutch company specializing in business process automation. Yarado’s flagship platform, Yarado Work Automation, combines RPA, AI, and API technologies to supercharge business growth through the automation of repetitive tasks.

In this role, you will be part of a Delivery Squad guided by a Squad Lead, who supports the team and helps manage development standards. You will also work closely with a Project Manager, who helps drive project planning, manage timelines, and navigate client discussions to ensure smooth delivery.

As a developer, you will take an active role in defining technical approaches—often contributing to the Statement of Work (SoW) with the support of modern AI tools. You’ll have room for ownership across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with the team and occasionally with clients when needed.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Develop, test, and maintain automations using Python and Yarado's in-house RPA platform.

✅ Analyze processes, data structures, and APIs to design and build robust, reliable solutions.

✅ Work with AI Agents smartly and critically, always on the lookout for potential improvements.

✅ Take charge of quality by keeping a keen eye on QA, technical support, and monitoring.

✅ Brainstorm and contribute ideas on how to elevate our development standards to the next level.

✅ Proactively communicate with your Squad Lead regarding progress, risks, and any blockers you encounter.

Our Expectations

Technical Requirements:

✅ Proffesional experience with Python and/or business process automation.

✅ Academic background or degree in IT, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 

✅ A strong understanding of how APIs, data structures, and general logic work.

✅ Knowledge of AI and a genuine enthusiasm to learn more about it.

✅ Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is an absolute must.

What we offer 

💲 Long-term B2B contract: 7 000 - 10 000 PLN net + VAT / month 

📍 Remote work  model but we also  welcome you to work from our office in Gdańsk
