Requirements
Things you’ll need:
2+ years of experience in SaaS;
experience in collecting requirements from stakeholders and transforming them into the Product Backlog Items;
knowledge on how to create and maintain product documentation;
excellent verbal and written English.
Things that’ll get you on top of the list:
technical background (experience as a developer/tester or a technical degree);
experience with tools and software for data analysis (Google Analytics, HotJar, Heap, or other);
experience with payment environments (Strine, PayPay, etc).
Responsibilities
Things you’ll do:
working alongside the dedicated software development team
working with UX Designer, Analysts and Head of Product
collecting business requirements and updating the product backlog based on the priorities and strategic value;
collaborate with other product functional teams (e.g. marketing team, customer success team)
contribute to introducing best practices, implement process improvements and introduce innovative ways of working.
testing the software and helping with business analysis to understand the core of the product.
