What you will do
✔️Tracking changes in Polish and UE law
✔️Preparing briefs on new laws ✔️Support in execution legal documents (collecting signatures, legalization, apostille) ✔️Maintaining legal archive ✔️Conducting the due diligence process according to the procedures functioning in the company ✔️Analysis of documents received from contractors as part of the due diligence
