We are now seeking candidates for the position of AP/AR/GL Accountant to join our team of Adaptive top consultants supporting our client’s projects.

We are open to candidates at different levels, starting with 1 year of experience in AP/AR and 2 years of experience in GL.

What you will be working on:

  • Providing consulting and operational support for our business clients in the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL) domain, depending on project needs.
  • Participation in various types of projects, including process improvements and system implementations.
  • GL: Execution of general ledger accounting operations, process advisory, proposing improvement opportunities, preparing process documentation (process flow maps, Standard Operation Procedures, RACI matrix), and supporting process transitions.
  • AP: Processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, clearing GRIR items, contacting vendors, supporting month-end closing, and participating in process improvements.
  • AR: Invoicing, customer account reconciliation, cash allocation, customer interactions, and month-end closing support.
  • AP Specialist: Strong experience in Cash Application analysis is a key requirement.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in at least one of the following areas: AP, AR, or GL
  • GL: Minimum 2 years of experience in General Accounting / General Ledger domain.
  • AP/AR: Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
  • Good command of English, another language will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Experience working with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP).
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a changing business environment.
  • Experience in process transition or improvement initiatives will be an asset.
  • Financial or business educational background would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment, where project scope and tasks may vary based on client needs.
