HR/Payroll Specialist – Adaptive Consultant

We are now seeking candidates for the position of HR/Payroll Specialist to join our team of Adaptive top consultants supporting our client’s projects in Europe.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced HR or Payroll professionals who would like to work in a dynamic consulting environment with flexible career development paths.

The collaboration would start with an exciting project for one of our key clients, focused on Payroll process improvement and implementation in the Nordics region. Further project opportunities will be available based on your career goals and the evolving needs of Adaptive’s clients.

What you will be working on:

• Providing consulting and operational support in the area of payroll, HR processes, and system implementations.

• Assisting in payroll set-up across the Nordics region, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Collaborating with external payroll vendors and internal HR/Finance teams.

• Supporting payroll transformation projects as a Payroll Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert (depending on your level of experience).

• Identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.

• Participating in change management efforts related to payroll systems (SAP, ADP Global View).

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in Payroll operations (preferably for the Nordics region) and/or Payroll project management.

• Experience with SAP Payroll or ADP Global View is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages will be an advantage.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Previous experience in consulting will be an asset, but is not mandatory.
