We are now seeking candidates for the position of Business Process Automation Specialist to join our team of Adaptive top consultants supporting our client’s projects.
We are open to candidates at different levels, starting with 3 years of experience in automation and data analytics.

What you will be working on:
  • Providing consulting and operational support for our business clients in the automation and data analytics domain, depending on project needs.
  • Participation in various types of projects, including process improvements, automation solutions, and system implementations.
  • Developing and optimizing automation solutions using VBA, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Supporting data analysis, visualization, and reporting to enhance business decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across different processes.
  • Collaborating with different teams to implement and maintain automation solutions.

What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in automation, data analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with VBA, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Good command of English, another language will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a changing business environment.
  • Experience in process transition or improvement initiatives will be an asset.
  • Financial or business educational background would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in financial processes and automation within the finance sector will be highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment, where project scope and tasks may vary based on client needs.
