We are now seeking candidates for the position of 

GL/FP&A Consultant

 

You would join a fast-growing team of Adaptive top consultants supporting our client’s projects. 

 

What you will be working on: 

 

  • Providing consulting and operational support for our business clients in the GL & FP&A areas,
  • Participation in various types of projects - according to business needs,
  • Daily/monthly execution of Controlling & FP&A operations along with providing professional process advisory and proposing improvement opportunities,
  • Participation in accounting process transformation programs and system implementation activities, 
  • Preparation of process documentation (process flow maps, Standard Operation Procedures, RACI matrix),
  • Supporting process transitions in different phases (planning, design, knowledge transfer, go-live, stabilization).

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in GL, FP&A,
  • Openness to participate/lead/run projects in other accounting and non-accounting domains,
  • Good command of English,
  • Excellent analytical skills along with MS Excel knowledge,
  • Familiarity with at least one ERP system (e.g. SAP),
  • Very good communication skills.

 

Will be an asset if: 

 

  • You have previous experience in participation in transition and improvement activities.
