We’re looking for someone to manage fast-turnaround commercial projects across audio production, online, AI and CG support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining organisation, independence and relationship-building, and can confidently navigate briefs, budgets, schedules and final deliverables.

You’ll be the client’s primary point of contact – from the initial enquiry and production coordination to the delivery of final materials. You’ll also nurture client relationships after project completion, ensuring they’re happy to come back to Platige for future projects.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as an Advertising Producer, Post-Production Producer or Project Manager in advertising, a post-production facility or a sound studio;
• Confidence communicating with clients, agencies and directors – including in challenging conversations about budgets, deadlines and feedback;
• The ability to manage several short-turnaround projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively and adapt to changing needs;
• The ability to independently prepare estimates and schedules, along with strong Excel skills;
• Knowledge of the advertising post-production workflow, including audio, online, AI, versioning and broadcast-ready delivery;
• Willingness to work on-site at the studio during recording sessions;
• A positive, people-oriented attitude, flexibility and a proactive, solution-focused approach;
• Very good command of English.

Additional assets

• Experience in advertising audio production, including voice casting, working with voice-over artists and organising recording sessions;
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and the licensing principles applicable to AI-generated content;
• Basic understanding of the CG production process;
• Familiarity with ShotGrid (formerly Shotgun) / Flow.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Managing audio, online, AI and CG support projects from the initial enquiry through to final delivery, in collaboration with the Head of Department and the Coordinator;
• Maintaining day-to-day client communication on production matters, including gathering briefs, defining project scope, collecting feedback and securing approvals;
• Building and developing long-term client relationships and encouraging repeat business;
• Organising and overseeing recording sessions, including coordinating the studio, voice-over artists, actors and vocalists, welcoming clients and directors, and ensuring sessions stay within the agreed scope and schedule;
• Preparing estimates, schedules and budgets, and monitoring them throughout the project lifecycle;
• Coordinating the work of sound engineers, online operators, the AI team and CG artists;
• Establishing relationships with external suppliers, such as voice-over artists, composers and external sound studios, and coordinating their work;
• Preparing contracts for voice-over artists and performers, and ensuring the appropriate rights and licensing for recordings, voices and music are secured.
