If you're fluent in both Spanish (C2 or native) and English (C1/C2), have a strong understanding of administrative processes, and are familiar with Spanish employment regulations, especially in relation to hiring foreigners – we may have the perfect job for you. We offer you a unique opportunity to shape and run a new office in one of the most beautiful locations in Europe!

Requirements

- Full professional fluency in Spanish (C2/native) and English (C1/C2) – a must.
- Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of Spanish labor law and procedures related to hiring and relocating foreign employees.
- Knowledge of the Canary Islands’ local regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're approachable and professional.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility – we are a dynamic environment that values initiative and the ability to adjust plans as priorities shift.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in working with international or multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for all on-site office matters.
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and coordinate maintenance or services as needed.
- Assist with legal and administrative matters related to employment, particularly for foreign employees.
- Support the relocation process of new and existing hires, including finding housing, local registrations, and integration.
- Coordinate with HR and legal teams/external service providers to ensure compliance with Spanish labor and immigration laws.
- Facilitate communication between local staff and international departments.
- Assist in organizing local events, team activities, and visits from head office staff.
- Handle office documentation, archiving, and contracts relevant to the Gran Canaria branch.
- Help set up and maintain internal office procedures and workflows.

Offer

- We are setting new standards in animation, CG, and VFX. We stay one step ahead, always making sure that our projects are executed with the highest quality.
- We collaborate with some of the biggest companies in the world (Netflix, Ubisoft, Activision, SONY, Warner Brothers, CD PROJEKT RED, HBO, and many others).
- You will have the chance to work in a booming industry with cutting-edge technologies.
- We value authenticity. It’s the source of our creativity, energy, and imagination, and it’s what makes our work so unique.
