Senior Rigging Artist

Platige Image Cinematics Team is looking for a Senior Rigging Artist who can create character rigs and animation tools for high-end rendered shots. The person in this position will need varied skill levels in rigging, scripting, and software development. If interested, come join us!

Wymagania


- A minimum of 3 years of experience in rigging in any 3D environment proven by demo-reel.
- Advanced knowledge of Maya.
- A general technical/math background, including programming, scripting, and software development.
- Experience in Python and/or C++.
- Deep understanding of character design and animation as it relates to rig development.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and a great team-player.

ADDITIONALLY SCORED
- Any experience in cloth simulation in Maya (nCloth, Syflex, Qualoth), Ziva and/or Unreal Engine.
- The ideal candidate is able to learn fast about the technical side of hi-end character animation and rigging.
- Technical Degree.

Obowiązki


- Work closely with Animation Team to create intuitive and responsive rigs that meet animator’s needs.
- Create and fix rigs within the project.
- Support the Rigging Team in creating technical standards and solve pipeline issues (be sure that Rigs are pipeline friendly!).
- Write tools with Python to improve rigs and support Animators.
