We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Growth Lead with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our newly established Growth Team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving international expansion across the portfolios of our commercial real estate clients.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/relationship management for SaaS company or commercial real estate, or management consulting 
  • Fluent English (C1) and proficiency in another European language
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, business, finance, or related fields
  • Experience in data analysis, lead generation, and negotiation
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort in engaging with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Ownershipbias for action, data-driven mindset and advanced stakeholder management  

Responsibilities


  • Acquiring new properties and expanding across portfolios of our clients 
  • Building and managing relationships with key strategic clients
  • Creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients and presenting new proposals tailored to their needs
  • Leading business negotiations and representing the company in key development matters
  • Monitoring existing customer portfolio in search for possible expansion opportunities
  • Monitoring system usage among top tier clients and identifying areas for upsell 
  • Actively participating in industry events, building new connections, and promoting the company and its services
  • Preparing preliminary functional scopes for Singu and creating use cases aligned with client needs
  • Analyzing data from current properties and proposing efficiency-boosting solutions
  • Updating CRM with activities and outcomes
