Requirements


  • A university degree or final year of studies.
  • Independence and initiative in your work.
  • High commitment to your tasks.
  • Excellent command of both English and Polish (C1)
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ideally, experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools.

Responsibilities


  • Identifying new sales opportunities, supporting the business development process through market research, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and creating sales ideas, as well as scheduling meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Actively reaching out to potential clients to build business relationships.
  • Creating and updating client databases and CRM systems.
  • Analyzing business data and preparing/coordinating reports on sales performance within the team.
  • Providing ongoing support to the head of sales and team members.
