If you have a curious mind, an affinity for sales, and deep experience in real estate combined with a keen interest in technology and software, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our CEE team in Prague as Business Development Executive for the Czech and Slovak markets.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in Facility, Property, or Asset Management related function at a large agency
Interest in Real Estate Digitalization, Software, and Technology
Experience in software, technology, or PropTech is a benefit
Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
Fluent in Czech and English. Polish is an advantage.
Digital native, fluent with MS Office, CRM, and other systems.
Bachelor's degree or comparable education.

Responsibilities

Build relationships, maintain existing ones, and develop new sales opportunities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Lead and own an end-to-end sales process from product demonstrations to contract negotiations
Build on our track record of working with clients such as Prologis, Logicor, AmRest, LPP, ECE, NEPI Rockcastle, Accolade, Investika, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, and many others.
Follow all real estate media and track market trends, and investment transaction, new acquisitions, personal changes in order to be able to place SINGU when only opportunity arises
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing, and other regional sales leaders to deliver on projects, and develop international opportunities.
Join us at customer meetings and industry events.
Keep an overview of several projects at a time, monitor their progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
