If you have a curious mind, an affinity for sales, and deep experience in real estate combined with a keen interest in technology and software, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our CEE team in Prague as Business Development Executive for the Czech and Slovak markets. 

Wymagania


  • 8+ years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in Facility, Property, or Asset Management related function at a large agency 
  • Interest in Real Estate Digitalization, Software, and Technology
  • Experience in software, technology, or PropTech is a benefit  
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Fluent in Czech and English. Polish is an advantage.
  • Digital native, fluent with MS Office, CRM, and other systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable education.

Obowiązki


  • Build relationships, maintain existing ones, and develop new sales opportunities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Lead and own an end-to-end sales process from product demonstrations to contract negotiations
  • Build on our track record of working with clients such as Prologis, Logicor, AmRest, LPP, ECE, NEPI Rockcastle, Accolade, Investika, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, and many others. 
  • Follow all real estate media and track market trends, and investment transaction, new acquisitions, personal changes in order to be able to place SINGU when only opportunity arises 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing, and other regional sales leaders to deliver on projects, and develop international opportunities. 
  • Join us at customer meetings and industry events.
  • Keep an overview of several projects at a time, monitor their progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
