If you are organized, dynamic, and ready to take action, join our team as a Project Implementation Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in successfully implementing the Singu platform, ensuring the highest level of service for them.

Wymagania

Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in project management or customer support
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding and practical application of agile project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban)
Communicative English and German (B2/C1) proficiency for effective communication with international clients
Willingness and availability to travel for business trips, both domestic and international, as required
Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly Asana, to drive project efficiency and productivity
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Driving license (cat. B)
Knowledge of the real estate industry

Obowiązki

Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of projects with real estate clients, adhering to agile project management principles
Manages projects from initiation through delivery till closure
Facilitates project level issues and change management resolution
Utilize the Asana tool to manage and track project tasks, ensuring transparency and effective communication among team members or clients
Creation of project schedules, implementation paths
Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders
Conducting trainings (workshops) and presentations, facilitating meetings, creating meeting agendas
Engagement in the development of systems documentation, manuals, and presentations
Cooperation with other company departments (IT, Sales, Marketing, UX)
Continuous cooperation with the implementation team and improvement of personal skills
Enhancing project management practices and providing support to team members for continuous improvement
