• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Analysis or Product Manager role, or a similar position, preferably within an international project or organization.
• Demonstrated experience in product development, from ideation to launch, with a track record of successful product improvements and innovations.
• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in expressing complex ideas clearly and accurately in both verbal and written forms.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills (C1+ level), enabling effective communication in an international work environment.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, with practical experience in navigating each phase for product development.
• Having technical skills is a valuable asset, including the ability to read code, knowledge of SQL, Git, and databases.
