You are an experienced sales professional (5+ years) with a track record of successful B2B business development in custom software solutions or technology consulting in at least two companies similar to ours;
familiar with consultative selling techniques, the Challenger Sale methodology, and have a strong ability to guide and educate customers.
you thrive in tech-driven international environments, engaging with C-level executives, senior engineers and AI researchers.
prior experience in IT project delivery in a technical or related role (e.g., PM, KAM, UX, QA, etc.);
ability to infrequently travel internationally;
understanding of new technologies, with a strong interest in IT, digital, and emerging tech;
a well-established network of industry leaders and senior technical contacts;
proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
strong sales, negotiation, and decision-making skills;
C1 in English and C1/C2 in Polish.

Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in your chosen vertical to idenfity and develop their relevant business goals and engagement opportunities;
Create compelling sales presentations and proposals, backed by our tech expertise and Growth Team's insights to guide our prospects and close deals;
Collaborate with internal teams (AI researchers and engineers) to ensure clients' goals are translated into feasible technical solutions;
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing/new business best practices to build successful sales strategies;
Establish thought leadership and brand credibility for DAC, and position DAC.digital as a thought leader in AI/ML, DevOps and software engineering in social media, in industry events and conferences;
Partner with BDRs, RevOps, and marketing experts to jointly design, execute, and optimize growth campaigns;
Gather customer and market insights to adjust outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads.
