Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around performance marketing and can help us get the most out of our Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

We operate in a lead generation model – your main goal will be to deliver efficient, high-performing paid campaigns that bring in quality leads.

Requirements


It is vital that you have:
  • has hands-on experience with Google Ads (must-have), Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (nice to have);
  • thinks strategically, but can execute tactically;
  • is confident working with data and performance metrics;
  • has experience running B2B campaigns;
  • understands how to set up UTM parameters and connect campaigns to CRM tools;
  • enjoys testing, optimizing, and making campaigns perform better.

Responsibilities


You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
  • preparing budget estimates (how much we need to spend to generate X leads);
  • suggesting campaign structures (keyword grouping, proper targeting, etc.);
  • manual bidding to keep tight control over campaign spend based on performance;
  • monitoring ad spend and campaign budgets;
  • running A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and formats;
  • analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations;
  • integrating Google Ads with our CRM and setting up UTM tagging to track leads across the funnel.
