At Punktum, we help bring innovative ideas to the market by combining three expertise areas: Product Design, R&D and Al Engineering. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a fullstack Engineer for our R&D project in the domain of vertical farming.

• 60.000 - 65.000 € per annum

Requirements

It is vital that you have:

• 2-3 years of experience as a fullstack developer;

• proficiency in React for frontend development and Kotlin or Python for backend development;

• openness to AI & vibe coding;

• knowledge of English (min. B2);

• fluent German (min. C1);

• team player but independent way of working;

• good communication skills;

• Living in Greater Berlin area and willingness to go to the office twice a week;

• eager to learn and share knowledge.

We will be more than happy if you have:

• experience with Computer Vision/AI

• experience in R&D organizations like Fraunhofer

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• participate in the R&D project as well as commercial projects within Punktum;

• design and develop a system that analyzes and visualizes data from farming systems;

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions;

• facilitate and support client-facing workshops together with the project team;

• contribute to project discovery phases, including requirements gathering, technical analysis, and solution design;

• provide ongoing engineering support for Punktum projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
