Wymagania

It is vital that you have:

• experience in software engineering, robotics, or autonomous systems, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions;

• deep hands-on experience with Physical AI, industrial robotics, autonomous systems, or field-deployed robotic platforms;

• strong expertise in embedded systems, C/C++, edge computing, and deploying software on constrained hardware;

• experience designing and implementing robotics architectures that operate reliably without cloud connectivity;

• experience integrating robotics, computer vision, sensor systems, and operational data into autonomous solutions;

• experience working in industrial environments (e.g., mining, manufacturing, logistics, or similar) is a strong advantage;

• startup mindset with the ability to iterate quickly, solve problems pragmatically, and deliver MVPs in lean teams;

• excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical leaders, engineering teams, and external partners;

• proficient English (C1 or higher).

Obowiązki

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• defining and shaping the technical architecture for Physical AI and industrial robotics solutions;

• supporting the development of autonomous systems and robotics platforms;

• advising on robotics, embedded systems, and edge deployment approaches;

• evaluating technical feasibility and estimating new robotics and AI projects;

• collaborating with engineering teams to guide implementation and delivery;

• supporting the development of MVPs and pilot deployments for industrial customers;

• contributing to technical strategy and product direction;

• participating in knowledge-sharing activities and technical discussions.
