How is it going so far?
We have recently joined forces with the UK-based company Micad, and our growth is backed by the US private equity fund K1 Investment Management. Together, we are building an integrated, AI-powered platform for managing commercial real estate across Europe.
We already support over 100,000 buildings covering more than 250 million m² in 35 countries — including clients such as Prologis, CBRE, NHS, the University of Cambridge, and Unibail Rodamco Westfield.
If you have a curious mind, an affinity for sales combined with a keen interest in real estate digitalization, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our CEE team in Warsaw or Krakow as Business Development Executive.
10+ years of real estate experience – ideally in operations such as property, asset, or technical management
Proven track record in sales, business development, and proactive client acquisition
Strong interest in real estate digitalization, software, and technology
Familiarity with SINGU – prior experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills – confident in both written and spoken interactions with clients and internal stakeholders
Independent and ambitious mindset – driven to achieve outstanding performance
Native Polish speaker with fluent English (C2 level)
Digitally savvy – proficient in MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and other tools
Build strong client relationships – developing new sales opportunities across Poland and the wider CEE region
Lead the full sales cycle – from product demonstrations to contract negotiations
Leverage our client portfolio – expanding on partnerships with Prologis, Logicor, AmRest, LPP, ECE, NEPI Rockcastle, Accolade, Investika, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, and many others
Track market insights – following real estate media, investment transactions, acquisitions, and personal changes to position SINGU at the right moment
Collaborate across teams – working with Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing, Growth, and regional sales leaders to drive projects and international opportunities
Represent SINGU externally – joining customer meetings and participating in key industry events
Oversee multiple projects – monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and achieving financial targets
