What you will bring to the team


  • Proven experience in Product Marketing or related role within B2B SaaS.  

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and enterprise buyers.  

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.  

  • Ability to translate technical features into customer value.  

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).  

  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making.  

  • Collaborative team player comfortable working across Sales, Product, CS, and Marketing. 

Responsibilities


What You’ll Do

As Product Marketing Manager at SINGU, you will be the bridge between Product, Growth/Marketing, and Sales. You will own how our products are positioned in the market, how value is communicated to target audiences, and how we enable our commercial teams to win. You will play a key role in driving adoption, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Positioning & Messaging
    • Define and articulate SINGU’s value proposition across core products and solutions.
    • Craft clear, differentiated messaging tailored to target personas, industries, and regions.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
    • Lead GTM planning for new product launches and major feature rollouts.
    • Partner with Product and Growth teams to develop launch materials and campaigns.

  • Sales Enablement
    • Create and maintain sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards).
    • Equip Sales and Pre-Sales with training, playbooks, and competitive intelligence.

  • Customer & Market Insights
    • Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Collect and analyze feedback to refine product positioning and messaging.

  • Content & Campaign Support
    • Develop thought leadership content, use cases, and success stories.
    • Collaborate with Growth team on campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the voice of the customer in product roadmap discussions.
    • Work closely with Customer Success to surface adoption stories and advocacy opportunities.
