What you will bring to the team?

  • 8+ years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in Facility, Property, or Asset Management related function at a large agency
  • Interest in Real Estate Digitalization, Software, and Technology
  • Experience in software, technology, or PropTech is a benefit
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Digital native, fluent with MS Office, CRM, and other systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable education.

Obowiązki


As Business Development Executive (CEE), your mission is to drive SINGU’s growth in Poland by turning relationships and market momentum into new business. You’ll work in an international environment and report directly to the Head of CEE, helping execute our acquisition and growth strategy across the region.

You’ll build and maintain a strong network across Poland and own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and product demos to contract negotiations and closing. 

A key part of the role is being ahead of opportunities: tracking real estate media, transactions, acquisitions, and leadership moves so you can position SINGU at the right moment. You’ll also collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and regional sales leaders, join customer meetings and industry events, and manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring progress and deadlines are met.
