What You'll Bring to the Team

Must have

  • Experience in a technical, client-facing role – You’ve worked at the intersection of technology and business, supporting clients with complex systems or SaaS products.                                                                                                                                                            
  • Strong analytical and technical mindset – You can translate business needs into clear technical requirements, specifications, and system recommendations.                                                                                                                                                 
  • Fluent English communication skills – You confidently lead client calls, explain technical topics in a business-friendly way, and work with international stakeholders.                                                                                                                                                             
  • Hands-on experience with technical tools – You’re comfortable working with SQL, system logs, basic data analysis, and understand software development workflows.                                                                                                                                                    
  • Client-centric approach – You proactively identify risks, manage expectations, and act as a trusted technical advisor for your clients.                                                                                                                                                                                                 
Nice to have             
                                                                                                                
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, PropTech, CAFM, or operational systems                                                                                           
  • Familiarity with GIT workflows, UAT testing, or manual exploratory testing                                                                                              
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams

 What success looks like in the first 6–12 month

  • Act as a trusted technical partner for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business processes and system usage to proactively guide technical decisions.                                                                                                                                  
  • Independently deliver high-quality technical specifications and recommendations that drive effective system changes and product enhancements.                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Lead and coordinate feature rollouts, integrations, and system changes, ensuring seamless implementation and strong client adoption.                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • Ensure consistently high UAT quality, enabling clients to efficiently validate solutions and directly improving overall customer satisfaction.                                                                                                                                                                                          
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Product and Technology teams, influencing product improvements and shaping roadmap priorities.

Be the Technical Bridge Between Clients and Product

As a Technical Account Manager, you are the primary technical point of contact for key clients. Your mission is to ensure that client needs are clearly understood, technically feasible, and effectively delivered through the SINGU platform.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Implementation, Presales, and Growth teams, translating business challenges into concrete technical solutions. You’ll analyze client data, processes, and system behavior to identify improvements, resolve issues, and optimize workflows.

This role goes beyond reactive support — you’ll take a proactive, ownership-driven approach, anticipating risks, guiding clients through change, and helping them get maximum value from our platform. Reporting into the Product organization, you’ll have real influence on how our product evolves for enterprise customers.
