As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you are responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services. Your role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proactively addressing any challenges to drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
You serve as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize the value they receive. You analyze customer feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams such as Growth, Sales, Product, and Support.
