As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you are responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services. Your role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proactively addressing any challenges to drive long-term satisfaction and retention.

You serve as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize the value they receive. You analyze customer feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams such as Growth, Sales, Product, and Support.

Wymagania


  • B2/C1 level English, additional language is a plus
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager of minimum 2 years
  • Customer Communication & Relationship Building – Strong verbal and written communication to engage with customers effectively.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Empathy – Understanding company products/services to guide customers, understanding customers’ business needs.
  • Time Management & Prioritization – Handling multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • CRM & Data Management – Basic experience with CRM tools and tracking customer interactions.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology or B2B industries.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Lead customer onboarding, training, and adoption efforts to ensure a smooth implementation process.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and best practices to help customers achieve success.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks to reduce churn.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to advocate for improvements in product and service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and collaborate with the Sales team.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Product and Support teams to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance assessments with key accounts.
