Must have:
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis – you’re confident turning numbers into insights and know how to communicate them effectively.
Strong Excel skills – you’re comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, and even VBA.
Solid understanding of financial statements – you know how to read and interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow and how they interact.
Analytical thinking and reporting skills – you know how to collect data and translate it into clear dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI).
Fluent English – we work in an international environment, so clear and confident communication is a must.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CLV, CAC, GRR, NRR – and an understanding of how they drive business decisions.
Experience in tech or IT environments – where agility, change, and growth are part of the everyday.
Empower the business to make informed financial decisions
You’ll work closely with the CFO, leadership team and management board, providing actionable insights that directly influence strategic direction and help us scale effectively.
Build and optimize financial processes
You’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining financial models. You’ll regularly analyze budget vs. actuals and provide valuable commentary to guide decision-making.
Deliver clear reporting and strategic presentations
You’ll prepare recurring management reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly), support board presentations, and handle ad hoc analysis that drives action.
Drive automation and process improvement
You’ll contribute to initiatives that streamline our financial reporting and analytics workflows — making them faster, smarter, and more scalable.
Make an impact with metrics that matter
You’ll help track and improve KPIs that truly reflect business performance and provide leadership with the tools to make better, faster decisions.
You’ll report directly to the CFO and collaborate with decision-makers across the company. This is a high-ownership role with significant impact and room for growth toward a more strategic finance leadership path.
