CRM & data-savvy mindset
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM), ideally including automation, reporting, and process optimization.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
You communicate clearly and comfortably in an international, English-speaking environment—across both async docs and live meetings.
Business insight with sales process awareness
You understand the B2B sales funnel and how operations, tools, and reporting can influence team performance and growth.

CRM administration & optimization – Own and improve our sales CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) by managing properties, workflows, automations, and reports. Ensure data accuracy through ongoing maintenance, deduplication, and integrity checks.
Sales data analysis & reporting – Track key metrics like pipeline velocity, win rates, and conversion. Build dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, HubSpot) and provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
Funnel monitoring & forecasting – Monitor pipeline health and deal progression. Assist in forecasting by analyzing historical trends and performance data.
Process documentation & standardization – Document processes and build internal resources that enable the sales team. Contribute to maintaining sales playbooks, pipeline definitions, and best practices.
Enablement support – Collaborate on sales content (templates, decks), monitor tool usage (e.g., HubSpot Sales tools), and track onboarding metrics for new hires.
Experimentation & success metrics – Support A/B testing initiatives (e.g., outreach cadences, pricing models) and work cross-functionally to define and track success metrics for closed deals.
