Wymagania

We’re looking for a strategic product leader who thrives in high-growth environments, knows how to connect product with business outcomes, and enjoys building high-performing teams.

•    A proven track record in senior product leadership roles — such as Head of Product, Director of Product, or Group PM — with success in scaling B2B SaaS products across international markets

•    Strong ability to align product vision with business goals, especially during periods of transformation, organizational change, or growth

•    Deep expertise in the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and validation to launch, iteration, and scale — grounded in agile, lean, and data-informed development practices

•    A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, paired with excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills — you're able to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and move quickly

•    A strong people leader, with a track record of mentoring and developing product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams

•    Fluent English (C1+), comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment (UK, PL, and other EU markets)
