A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations linked to the sales process
Experience with Symfonia (or readiness to learn new financial systems)
Proficiency in Excel – able to analyze and manage data effectively
Good command of both Polish and English – comfortable working in an international setting
A keen eye for detail – precision and accuracy are second nature to you
Strong organizational and time-management skills – you know how to set priorities and meet deadlines
Review client contracts – making sure all agreements are accurate and comply with regulations
Manage recurring sales orders – keeping processes smooth and automated in our system
Prepare and issue invoices – ensuring everything is correct and delivered on time
Post bank statements – maintaining accuracy in financial records
Oversee collections – following up on payments and keeping cash flow healthy
Support our clients – answering inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and building positive relationships
