We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Group CEO and senior leadership. This is a high-impact role driving strategy, M&A, and operational excellence across our group companies. Wymagania

Who You Are 

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, venture-backed tech scale-ups, or real estate tech. Chief of Staff or Operations Manager experience is a strong plus.
• Analytical and structured thinker with strong business acumen. 
• Highly execution-oriented. You get things done and bring others with you.
• Skilled communicator with experience in senior stakeholder management. 
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, PropTech, or real estate/facility management preferred.
• Experience building/optimizing OKRs, internal processes, and operational reporting. 
• Fluent in English. Polish or other European language is a plus.

Your Mission

• Partner to the Group CEO: Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner. Translate vision into action, align cross-functional priorities, and ensure the leadership team stays focused on what matters most. This role reports directly to the CEO.
• Operational Excellence: Design and lead processes that keep our rapidly scaling business running smoothly. From OKRs to cross-team workflows—if it's broken, you'll fix it; if it's slow, you'll speed it up.
• Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives: Own and drive mission-critical projects across departments—be it go-to-market acceleration, product delivery cadences, customer success optimization, or international expansion.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Build a culture of measurement and clarity. You’ll improve reporting, create dashboards, and drive KPIs adoption across the org.
• Leadership Team Stewardship: Facilitate leadership meetings, track decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through across the business.
• Culture & Communication: Champion internal comms and culture initiatives that promote transparency, cohesion, and high-performance.
