Backed by K1 Investment Management and recently joined by Micad (UK) and Nethaus (Germany), we’re scaling fast and building a European category leader in PropTech.

Now we’re looking for our first in-house Recruiter—a Talent Acquisition Partner who will own and continuously evolve the end-to-end recruitment engine that fuels our growth.

What you will bring to the team

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a product company (SaaS/Tech preferred) with a proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates. You know the difference between hiring for a product team and filling client projects.
  • You thrive on sourcing: Because let’s face it - dream candidates rarely just drop their CV. You know where to look, how to reach out, and how to spark interest even when someone wasn’t planning to move.
  • A background in psychology, human-oriented studies, or talent assessment - because you know people are more than CVs.
  • Experience experimenting with AI or automation in recruitment - you’re curious about how tech can make hiring smarter.
  • Employer Branding know-how – you know how to build and amplify an employer brand, because you get that recruiters are storytellers too.
  • Onboarding experience – you run and design smooth, engaging processes from offer to Day 1.
  • English: fluent – because international hiring opportunities are on.

Your Mission at SINGU

  • Recruit end-to-end: Own the full process across all functions—Product, Tech, Sales, Operations.
  • Boost Employer Brand: Partner with leadership and marketing to position SINGU as the go-to employer in SaaS PropTech.
  • Own the candidate onboarding journey: Make every touchpoint—from LinkedIn message to Day 1 welcome - seamless and human.
  • Partner with leaders: Work side by side with Head of HR, Leadership, and the Board. You won’t be “just HR”- you’ll have a seat at the table.
  • Be data-driven: Track metrics, analyze funnels, and use insights to continuously improve sourcing, conversion, and time-to-hire

What happens after application?
We’ll review your application and get back to you within a few days. The recruitment process usually includes three steps: an initial call with HR, followed by two competency based interviews. Some interviews may take place at our office in Kraków.
