Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within IT outsourcing, contracting, or agency environments
  • A proven track record of successfully matching candidates to client projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Fluent English (additional languages such as Polish, German, French, or Spanish would be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you genuinely enjoy connecting with people and creating lasting partnerships with both candidates and client
  • A proactive, business-driven mindset - you don’t just recruit, you understand the client’s needs and act as a true partner
  • Genuine interest in the IT environment and a strong drive to deepen your knowledge of tech recruitment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously
  • Genuine interest in the IT market, new technologies, and the people behind them

Responsibilities


  • Independently source and attract IT and SAP professionals for international clients
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - from sourcing and interviewing to presenting qualified candidates
  • Conduct recruitment activities on an international scale, supporting clients across different regions
  • Use creative sourcing strategies and your network to identify and engage top talent in the market
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Support and mentor junior recruiters, sharing your knowledge, tools, and best practices
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, ensuring smooth coordination of all recruitment activities
