Requirements


  • Experience in sales, business development, or client management in a B2B environment

  • Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level is required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with international stakeholders

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach focused on achieving results

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Proven negotiation skills and a professional phone manner

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a systematic approach to managing client data

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required


Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language at B2 level or higher (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech)

  • Experience in IT/SAP outsourcing

Responsibilities


  • Identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities in the IT and SAP outsourcing sector

  • Building and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations—both in-person and online

  • Preparing precise and effective sales proposals, contracts, RFQs, and RFPs

  • Collaborating closely with recruiting and operations teams to align offerings with client needs

  • Actively generating leads through various channels: phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and business meetings

  • Qualifying clients professionally and handing them over to the Customer Care Team for ongoing relationship management and upselling

  • Keeping CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive
