We are looking for an energetic, fast-learning, highly motivated Key Account Manager with strong sales mind-set and business winning presentation style to join our dynamic and expanding international Warsaw team! Eager and willing to grow together with the company.

Requirements


  • First working experience in Account Management / Business Development
  • Nice to have experience in IT Recruitment / Outsourcing
  • Must! Excellent command of English skills
  • Nice to have! Fluent level in one of those additional language skills ( such as Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Dutch etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on international level
  • Self-driven, pro-active, flexible, results oriented personality
  • Operational skills (reporting, scheduling, time management)
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • An engaging and business winning presentation style
  • Willing to have a career in IT Talent Sourcing
  • Mobility: Able to travel to clients premises based in Poland and abroad when required

Responsibilities


  • Operating as a point of contact for key accounts in local and international SAP/IT outsourcing, recruitment market
  • Operational activities (contracts, reports, RFQ/RFP etc.)
  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Effectively building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Help clients through emails, phone calls, online presentations, teleconferences and on-site meetings
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Actively and independently searching for new business opportunities with key accounts
  • Gain new clients and effectively maintain long-term client relationships
  • Sales prospecting
  • Liaise between the client and internal (sourcing) team
  • Other sales and marketing activities as assigned
  • Represent SNI brand in a professional manner
