As a Business Development Manager, you will identify strategic opportunities, acquire new clients, and build long-term relationships across various business areas. What do we expect from you?
Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language at B2 level or higher (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech),
Experience in IT/SAP outsourcing sector.
What will you be responsible for?
New business development: identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities in the IT and SAP outsourcing sector,
SNI representation: representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations – both in-person and online,
Sales documentation: preparing precise and effective sales proposals, contracts, RFQs, and RFPs,
Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to align service offerings with client needs,
Lead generation: actively generating leads through various inbound and outbound channel,
Sales cycle ownership: managing the full sales cycle end-to-end, including after-sales activities,
CRM management: maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive data in the CRM system.
