About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify strategic opportunities, acquire new clients, and build long-term relationships across various business areas. This role requires B2B sales experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong sales mindset and a confident business-winning presentation style to join our growing international team in Warsaw. What do we expect from you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management in a B2B environment,
  • Proficiency in English (minimum C1): fluency in business communication, especially in sales area, both in-person and online,
  • Outstaffing/Bodyleasing: experience in selling outstaffing and bodyleasing B2B services,
  • Excellent communication: strong interpersonal skills, as well as confidence in business interactions,
  • Proactivity: ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals,
  • Negotiation: strong negotiation skills and professionalism during interactions with stakeholders,
  • CRM knowledge: familiarity with CRM systems and a systematic approach to managing customer data,
  • Mobility: willingness to travel for work (domestic and international).


Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language at B2 level or higher (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech),

  • Experience in IT/SAP outsourcing sector.

What will you be responsible for?

  • New business development: identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities in the IT and SAP outsourcing sector,

  • SNI representation: representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations – both in-person and online,

  • Sales documentation: preparing precise and effective sales proposals, contracts, RFQs, and RFPs,

  • Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to align service offerings with client needs,

  • Lead generation: actively generating leads through various inbound and outbound channel,

  • Sales cycle ownership: managing the full sales cycle end-to-end, including after-sales activities,

  • CRM management: maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive data in the CRM system.
