About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients while ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. This role recquires supporting account growth, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating operational day-to-day activities. We are looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented professional with strong communication skills, business acumen, and a account-centric mindset. What do we expect from you?
  • Account Management experience: first professional experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management;
  • English proficiency: excellent command of English (minimum C1), both written and spoken;
  • Communication skills: excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills in an international business environment;
  • Organization: strong planning, reporting, scheduling, and time-management abilities;
  • Proactivity: self-driven, flexible, and results-oriented approach;
  • Presentation skills: engaging and business-winning communication style;
  • IT industry interest: willingness to develop a career within SAP & IT outsourcing and talent solutions;
  • Mobility: willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.


Nice to Have:
  • Additional language skills: proficiency in one additional European language would be considered an advantage (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, etc.);
  • Experience in SAP/IT Outsourcing or Staffing industry.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Client relationship management: serving as the primary point of contact for local and international clients and maintaining long-term business relationships;
  • Account growth: identifying opportunities to expand cooperation with existing clients and increase account value;
  • Client satisfaction: addressing client needs by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
  • Business development: identifying additional opportunities and staffing needs within existing accounts, and areas for further collaboration;
  • Operational coordination: supporting day-to-day account activities, including contract administration, reporting, RFQs, RFPs, and other client-related documentation;
  • Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with Recruitment/Sourcing, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Contractor engagement: maintaining regular contact with consultants and contractors assigned to client projects and supporting their ongoing cooperation with SNI;
  • Issue resolution: identifying risks, resolving client concerns, and supporting continuous process improvements;
  • Sales support: contributing to sales activities, account planning, and pipeline development within assigned clients;
  • Market research: monitoring client organizations, industry trends, and potential opportunities for further business growth;
  • CRM management: maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems and ensuring proper documentation of all account activities;
  • SNI representation: representing SNI professionally during client meetings, business reviews, networking events, and industry conferences.
