About the team & the role
We're looking for an experienced and skillful Marketing Manager/CMO to take our marketing efforts to the next level. You’ll be leading a talented team, driving big ideas, and turning strategies into measurable success. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building strong teams and creating campaigns that deliver real results.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role in tech or IT.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and strategic planning.
Experience in leading a department.
Experience managing budgets and resources.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Results-focused mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity marketing.
What you'll do
Lead the charge on a long-term marketing plan that aligns with our company’s vision and goals.
Oversee the daily operations of our marketing team, ensuring high-quality work and smooth collaboration.
Work closely with our Sales and Product teams to improve our products and create compelling marketing materials.
Own and oversee the full marketing ecosystem, including but not limited to:
Go-to-market and sales channel marketing,
Website and digital growth strategy,
SEO,
Content marketing,
Social media strategy and execution,
Lead generation, demand generation, and pipeline impact,
Brand strategy, positioning, and consistency,
PR, communications, and external visibility,
Events, webinars, and conference strategy,
Customer experience and lifecycle marketing.
Bring creative ideas to life while measuring their impact and ensuring they’re driving results.
