Currently we are looking for:

Marketing & Communications Specialist

Wymagania


  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role,

  • Ability to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns and events end-to-end,

  • Strong content creation skills,

  • Experience managing websites, landing pages, and user journeys, with a focus on optimizing traffic and conversions,

  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and performance campaigns,

  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and external vendors,

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights,

  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously,

  • Experience with marketing tools such as analytics platforms, CMS, and marketing automation,

  • Experience with Canva,

  • Experience with SEO and SEM,

  • Fluency in Polish and English,

  • Nice to have: experience in B2B, tech, or cybersecurity marketing.

Obowiązki


  • Planning, organizing, promoting, and participating in online and offline events (webinars, conferences, meetings);

  • Providing marketing support to the Sales team and Channel, including preparing materials;

  • Managing activities on company social media channels, including creating content, maintaining profiles, and running promotions;

  • Creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing content (blog posts, videos, advertising materials, animations, scripts);

  • Preparing and running email marketing and database marketing activities, including creating content for mailings and newsletters;

  • Driving traffic to company websites;

  • Creating, maintaining, updating, and improving the company website, landing pages, and user journeys;

  • Conducting A/B testing of proposed solutions and communication;

  • Managing activities and delivering results within lead generation funnels, lead nurturing, and lead scoring;

  • Developing and supporting the community around the company and its products;

  • Cooperating with external vendors such as graphic agencies, printing houses, and advertising agencies;

  • Participating in SEO, SEM, UX, content management, and marketing automation activities;

  • Supporting employer branding initiatives in cooperation with the HR team.
