Partnership Marketing Specialist

location: Warsaw, Poland - hybrid work

Wymagania


  • 4+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a proven track record in Channel or Field Marketing and collaboration with partners such as VARs, system integrators, and distributors.

  • Strong understanding of demand generation and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end with a focus on measurable results.

  • Proven ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts (PAM, Zero Trust) into compelling sales messaging and develop marketing content that supports sales enablement efforts.

  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Ability to track campaign performance and translate data from tools like Google Analytics, SEO into actionable partner strategies.

  • Hands-on experience in organizing business events and managing promotional materials/logistics.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM) and Apollo (Email/Prospecting). Experience with Canva for rapid asset creation is a major plus.

  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and campaign management tools.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will be the "face" of Fudo for our partners.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, as we are a small, high-speed team, we need a "builder" who can set up processes from scratch rather than just following a manual.

  • Fluency in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS environments.

  • Experience working across European markets (DACH).

Obowiązki


  • Develop and execute initiatives for channel partners (VARs, SIs, distributors), focusing on driving pipeline for Fudo Enterprise.

  • Plan and execute joint webinars, roadshows, and conferences.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and partners to drive demand generation and build a pipeline through the partner ecosystem.

  • Design multi-channel campaigns (Email, Google, LinkedIn, ABM) in cooperation with partners to accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Create and localize partner-facing marketing assets using Canva for quick execution of graphics in collaboration with Marketing & Communications Specialist to adapt high-level content (whitepapers/articles) into partner-ready "campaign kits".

  • Work within HubSpot and Apollo to support partners in lead generation, manage the maintenance of high data hygiene for partner-sourced leads.

  • Drive partner engagement and activation across regions.

  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring budgets are being allocated to high-performing partners and tracking ROI and their contribution to the sales pipeline.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (pipeline, leads, ROI, partner contribution), and continuously optimize activities.

  • Act as the primary bridge between the Marketing team, Channel team and the Sales team to ensure hand-off processes are seamless.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with external vendors.
