Growth Marketing & Brand: Crafting an innovative narrative for the blended learning model (human tutor + AI) and executing localized campaigns to drive product engagement and sales.
Analytics & KPIs: Monitoring and improving key performance indicators, such as acquisition and conversion rates, time-to-first-session (activation), and user retention metrics (WoW, MoM).
Global Experience: Proven track record of launching and scaling B2C digital products or marketplaces across international markets (direct experience in Poland and Spain is a major plus).
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in SaaS/subscription-based models, user lifecycle management, and credit package optimization.
Hybrid Skillset: A seamless blend of creative brand building and storytelling with an analytical approach to funnel testing.
Tech Savviness: Comfortable marketing cutting-edge technology (AI-driven products) alongside traditional operational services.
Languages: Native or C1 level English. A professional command of Polish is a major asset.
