Wymagania

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist

• A college degree in a relevant field (management, psychology, law, HR)

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Spanish (the language of daily work in Spain) and fluent English or Polish (for communication with the Tutore Group headquarters).

• Solid, practical knowledge of Spanish labor law and labor law in the education or services sector

• Business acumen combined with flexibility and a willingness to handle operational and administrative tasks without extensive back - office support

• Experience in developing employer branding strategies and managing reputation on social media and job portals

Obowiązki

• Independently managing and overseeing the area of Spanish labor law and ensuring that processes are fully compliant with local regulations

• Designing and implementing employer branding initiatives and actively managing the employer profile, including maintaining the Glassdoor profile

• Collaborating with an external accounting and HR firm on payroll processing and Social Security filings

• Helping shape the organizational culture and developing solutions to increase employee engagement and retention

• Providing comprehensive administrative and HR support, including preparing contracts and documentation using e-signature tools such as Signaturit

• Partnering with management on human resources management, resolving complex situations, and optimizing HR processes
