We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our client in the insurance industry and play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex delivery initiatives.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is essential and considered a must-have for this role.
Wymagania
Experience in the insurance industry (must-have)
5–10 years of experience as a IT Delivery Manager, IT Team Leader or Product Owner
Experience working in a technology-driven environment (IT / financial services)
Technical background
Hands-on experience working with Agile teams
Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1)
Strong ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams
Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure
Nice to have
Experience in transformation or digital transformation projects
Agile and/or Product Management certifications
Experience working in an international environment

Lead and support project teams in delivering solutions aligned with business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Product Owners, business leaders, and external partners
Gather business requirements and plan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery
Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and task prioritization
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions
Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects supporting the organization's strategic goals
