Wymagania

• has hands-on experience with Jira,
• has a good understanding of workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automation,
• knows JQL,
• can independently diagnose and resolve issues,
• understands user needs and can suggest solutions rather than simply implement requested configurations,
• is comfortable working with development, QA, and business teams,
• has a level of English that allows them to work confidently in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Confluence,
• Jira Service Management,
• REST API and integrations,
• tools or plugins extending Atlassian capabilities,
• experience with Atlassian Cloud or Data Center,
• basic scripting skills or experience with more advanced automations.

Obowiązki

• administering and developing the Jira environment,
• configuring projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notifications,
• creating and improving automations,
• supporting users and teams in their day-to-day work with Jira,
• analysing requests and resolving issues related to platform configuration,
• gathering team requirements and translating them into practical solutions,
• developing dashboards, filters, and reporting,
• supporting Jira integrations with other tools,
• maintaining a clean, secure, and consistent Jira configuration,
• collaborating with international technical and business teams.
